The Tapolca Basin, the Szent György Hill, Szigliget, the basalt organs of Badacsony, the charming panorama of Balatongyörök, all of which can be seen from the Szépkilató, make everyone want to stay. Balatongyörök and its surroundings are one of the most beautiful parts of the Balaton region.
The Batsányi Lookout is located on the edge of Balatongyörök, on the top of the so-called Boncsostető, a 448 m high hill.
The lookout was officially opened in 2014 and offers a magnificent view of one of the most beautiful parts of the Balaton highlands.
Above Balatongyörök, at an altitude of 221 metres, you can enjoy the view from the top of Garga Hill.
Besides the Somogy coastline and the bay of Keszthely, you can also see the Keszthely Hills and the Tapolca Basin.
